APCT – Formation and Growth
After the 2008-2012 recession, the construction industry experience a serious lack of standard practice in skilled personnel. As a result the quality product to very important clients started to deteriorate and that prompted me to start a training program. The program would benefit everyone from the new hire labor to the more experience superintendent in search of enchancing their skills, and therefore providing a high-end quality product.
